Guiding Principles

These principles shape how we engage with each other across all areas of SeekerPNW.

1

Wherever you are on your journey, you have a place here.

No prerequisites, no gatekeeping. Whether you're deeply experienced or just curious, you belong.

2

No need to dress up.

Low pressure, no performance required. Cameras on if possible when virtual, but exceptions are always fine.

3

One voice at a time; share briefly.

Respect for each person's contribution. Listening is as valued as speaking.

4

Speak from your own experience.

"I" statements over generalizations. Share what's true for you rather than prescribing for others. Avoid giving unsolicited advice.

5

Honest curiosity is always welcome.

No question is too basic, too challenging, or off-limits. This is a safe space to explore spirituality, ideas, art, science, and personal growth.

These principles aren't rules to enforce but intentions to hold.
